Welcome to Sole Mio Charters. We are thrilled that you have chosen us for your upcoming sea adventure. Before making your reservation, we kindly ask that you read and acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

  1. Charter Details: You agree to rent the specified catamaran for the period starting and ending at the designated times. The catamaran's description and specific details will be provided during the booking process.

  2. Bookings and Payments: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and is subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking has been confirmed.

  3. Security Deposit: You agree to provide a security deposit, the amount of which will be specified during the booking process. This deposit will be held against any damage to the catamaran beyond ordinary wear and tear.

  4. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy will be provided during the booking process, and you agree to its terms.

  5. Weather Conditions: Sole Mio Charters reserves the right to cancel the charter if weather conditions are deemed unsafe. In such an event, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

  6. Damage to the Catamaran: You agree to be responsible for any damage you cause to the catamaran beyond ordinary wear and tear. Charges will be taken from the security deposit for any damage incurred.

  7. Alcohol Consumption and Smoking: Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Excessive drinking leading to unruly behavior will result in the termination of the charter without refund. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and tobacco, is permitted for adults, but must be done responsibly. Any damage caused by misuse of alcohol or smoking will be charged accordingly.

  8. Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal substances onboard the catamaran is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund and may be subject to law enforcement involvement.

  9. Minors: Any minors accompanying you during the charter must be supervised.

  10. Personal Belongings: Sole Mio Charters is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought on board.

  11. Safety Instructions: All safety instructions given by the crew must be complied with. Non-compliance may result in the termination of the charter without refund.

  12. Liability: You participate in the charter at your own risk. Sole Mio Charters is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the charter, except to the extent caused by their negligence or failure of equipment.

  13. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sole Mio Charters from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of the use of the catamaran.

  14. Late Arrival: Late arrival may result in reduction of the charter duration without refund.

  15. Privacy Policy: By booking with Sole Mio Charters, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

  16. Changes to Terms: Sole Mio Charters reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  17. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

  18. Supervision and Responsibility for Accidents: As the primary charterer, you are responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of all members of your party, including both minors and adults. You acknowledge that engaging in water-based activities can carry inherent risks. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party are aware of these risks and behave in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
